My-Con, Inc. offers a variety of sitework and excavation services throughout West Michigan. Project Planning
Starting from scratch? No problem, we can help with budgeting sitework and offer suggestions to keep costs down. Using site design software, My-Con can help estimate earthwork quantities and material needed.

Land Clearing
We work with a variety of reputable contractors to safely and efficiently remove trees and vegetation for site development.

Earthwork
Using a variety of earth moving equipment, we can quickly balance your site. Utilizing GPS machine control equipment from Topcon, we can provide accuracy within +/- .1 of a foot .

Sanitary Sewer
We can perform sanitary sewer installation for any size project. My-Con has the equipment needed for complex sewer installations, including deep excavation, bore and jack, lift stations, grinder pumps and much more.

Watermain
Our pipe crew has extensive experience in watermain installation. We have the equipment to properly install valves, hydrants, fire protection lines, stop boxes, water services, as well as repairs to existing infrastructure.

Storm Sewer
We have experienced crews to install complete storm sewer systems, including manholes, catch basins and outlet control structures at any depth or diameter. My-Con has performed many projects for local municipalities, including large box and corrugated metal culvert installations for drainage purposes.

Fine Grading
Our experienced fine-grading team members, along with GPS machine control equipped bulldozers allow us to grade +/- .1 of a foot. After that, a motor grader is used to get the material perfectly on grade.

Restoration
During construction, we try our best to keep the site and surrounding areas as clean as possible using erosion control and sweeping methods. Earthwork and construction can be a messy job, so cleaning up once the work is done is necessary. Once all earthwork, utility installations and grading is complete, we restore the site with topsoil, seeding, straw matting and fertilizer.

Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control
Throughout the project, we work with the local drain commission to ensure all soil erosion measures are installed and functioning properly. My-Con has an employee on staff that is a certified storm water operator for the DEQ in the State of Michigan.
